Marrakech To Merzouga 2 Days Trip one of  The best time to go on 2 days tour from Marrakech to Merzouga desert tour is from September to April. During this period, the weather is mild and sunny, making it ideal for camel rides and other outdoor activities.

On day one of the tour, you will depart from Marrakech and cross the High Atlas Mountains, passing through traditional Berber villages and stopping to take in the stunning scenery along the way.

You will then have lunch in Ouarzazate, known as the “Hollywood of Africa,” before continuing on to the famous Dades Gorge and the Todgha Gorge. Finally, you will reach the Erg Chebbi sand dunes, where you will enjoy a traditional Berber dinner and spend the night in a desert camp.

On day two, you will wake up early to watch the sunrise over the sand dunes before having breakfast and returning to Merzouga village on camelback. From there, you will drive back to Marrakech, stopping at various scenic points along the way and enjoying a delicious lunch in Ouarzazate.

Day 1: MARRAKECH – HIGHT ATLAS – OUARZAZATE – MERZOUGA DESERT

The Best Short Desert Tour From Marrakech starts in the morning after breakfast. We will pick you up from your hotel or Riad and drive across the High Atlas Mountains, passing through Berber villages. We will stop in Ouarzazate for lunch and continue driving to visit the Rose Valley and Dades Valley. We will ride through the palm groves of Skoura, also known as the “one thousand kasbahs,” and reach the Merzouga desert in the afternoon. In the desert, you can enjoy a camel ride and spend the night in a desert camp, under a beautiful sky studded with stars.

Day 2: MERZOUGA DESERT – DRAA VALLEY – ANTI ATLAS – MARRAKECH

After watching the sunrise, you will have breakfast, and then you’ll ride camels back to Merzouga village for a shower. Our 2-day desert tour from Marrakech to Sahara Erg Chebbi will then start driving back to Marrakech, passing through the villages of Alnif and Nkob. We will travel through the deserted landscape of the Draa Valley and stop to enjoy the valley and Draa River. We will also stop in Ouarzazate for lunch before driving across the High Atlas Mountains back to Marrakech. Finally, we’ll transfer you to your hotel or Riad.
